From helping us choose the perfect lot to being there through our final closing, Sandra was with us every step of the way. Since we couldn’t see the house in person during construction, she regularly stopped by to check on the progress and sent us video updates, which meant so much to us. She also did video walkthroughs when we first started looking, making it possible for us to confidently buy a home from across the country.

Sandra is by far one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. 5 years ago we had tried out 3 or 4 other realtors that just didnt seem to fit us and understand our needs. The process of trying to buy a house for the 1st time was very dreadful until we were placed into the hands of Sandra. It took I believe one or two days after being introduced to her that she called us one afternoon and said "I have a house for you to see and I think you'll love it". Within an hour we were viewing our 1st starter home. We started the process that same day. There was no fuss and no issues. It was a wonderful experience with Sandra the entire way.
About a year ago we called Sandra because we were ready to sell and move out of state. There was no question of who to go with because the trust had already been built. We asked questions after questions along with needing to be walked through the process every step of the way. Sandra was very graceful and patient with us the entire time, even when we dragged our feet. She has gone way more then above and beyond d to help us sell our home.
